Description

Pay: Dependent on Experience in an Executive Leadership Position (pay is calculated based on years of related experience) 

Schedule: M-F | 8 am – 5 pm 

Program: Housing and Supportive Services

Who We Are Looking For

The Vice President of Housing and Supportive Services ensures the continuance of daily operations for client services, manages current and future projects, ensures programs are financially viable, ensures that quality services are being provided in the programs, and builds and maintains key relationships to ensure continued client and company success. The key focus areas include, but are not limited to:

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business, or related social services field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education. 
  • Experience developing deeply affordable housing projectcs
  • Five years of experience managing operations, budgets, and projects
  • Five years of leadership experience
  • Five years of managing behavioral health treatment programs

Preferred Experience

  • Previous community behavioral health leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business, or related social services field
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related social services field
