Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute training for customers on ERP Accounting Modules including but not limited to A/P, A/R, GL/JE, and reporting
• Refine accounting training process in implementation project
• Create documentation around the accounting process for internal and external stakeholders
• Train customers to relevant operations modules such as Sales and Purchasing
• Project Management – Ensure clients meet milestones and have consistent follow up
• Conduct trainings via remote systems like MS Teams
• Consult with clients on transition from QuickBooks, Sage, etc. 
• Identify and create process improvement solutions that increase efficiency of existing financial functions in ERP
• Collaborate with internal team members to refine processes
• Support QC process of accounting-related modules
• Support Professional Services in delivering solutions beyond standard scope

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or/and related on-the-job experience
• 3-5 years implementing accounting packages or ERP systems
• 4-6 years of accounting experience
• ERP accounting implementation/consulting experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office – especially Word & Excel 
• Very good understanding of Microsoft Windows & Various Web Browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox) 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external parties
• Good time management skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly 
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing accounting
