Job Title: Bilingual Sales Manager

Blue Fig USA is the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and a superior sales experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Train and develop sales associates to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.


Required Skills:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a retail environment.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another language) is required.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a college degree, is preferred.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
