We are currently seeking a Product Marketing & Content Manager to develop a public-facing communication strategy for our products and services. nimble provides revenue cycle outsourcing services to ambulatory surgery centers (“ASCs”), surgical practices, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups. As a B2B Product Marketing & Content Manager [AS1] you will be responsible for driving product awareness, demand generation, voice of the customer, competitive intelligence, and the public-facing communication strategy about our portfolio of products and services. The ideal candidate has significant expertise in building product awareness, identifying best opportunities for lead generation, while driving measurable results through product marketing and demand generation activities. Collaboration is crucial to success in this role as you will serve as a connector between multiple departments. You should have a successful track record of establishing and executing marketing plans and developing content in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities 

  • Lead product marketing, content development, and align all product marketing messaging with nimble’s brand
  • Conduct customer discovery to develop ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas. Research and document the buyer’s process, where they get information (“watering holes”), and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make
  • Define buyer personas to develop messaging and positioning for our product and service portfolio, including identifying differentiators
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to create, build, and manage product marketing plans, including data-informed methods for customer acquisition and retention, and cross-/up-sell strategies
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of product marketing programs. Track content performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Create high-quality written content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and other outlets
  • Edit and proofread all marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Optimize content for SEO using keyword research and best practices
  • Maintain content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets
  • Develop sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, demo scripts, sell sheets, talking points, and trade show collateral
  • Align sales tools and the ideal sales process to the typical buying journey and committee
  • Maintain competitive positioning insights, conduct competitive reviews, and create battle cards for the sales team and internal operations
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Facilitate channel training, including competitive threats
  • Provide feedback on product features that meet the needs of the target market. Develop marketing materials that support the product roadmap
  • Work with marketing leadership to establish goals and metrics
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual analytics reviews and reporting


Requirements


Who You Are:  

  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years in a product marketing role
  • Experience owning product marketing and GTM strategy, planning, and      execution
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ROI tracking and reporting skills
  • Strong skills in Salesforce, HubSpot; Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn; Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or related work experience
  • Product marketing certifications (such as those from the Pragmatic Institute) preferred

Location

  • Remote role requires minimal travel to tradeshows, key company events and company office (up to 10%).
