Description
Responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to golfers while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Handles food and beverage service, ticket input into Jonas POS, inventory management, and daily opening and closing procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to club standards.
- Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and product rotation.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of service, and storage areas.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
- Report maintenance and safety concerns to management.
Requirements
Must be 18+
Customer service experience preferred; food and beverage or country club experience is a plus. Must possess strong communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently.
