Be part of something more than just a restaurant — become a key player in a lifestyle brand that blends elevated hospitality, the outdoors, and unforgettable experiences. At Gravity Haus, we’re building a globally conscious community rooted in adventure, connection, and growth. We’re looking for an inspiring and hands-on F&B Manager to lead our dining experience and take our food & beverage operations to the next level.

As the F&B Manager, you’ll be the heart of our restaurant and F&B Operations — setting the tone for service excellence, team culture, and operational precision. This role partners closely with our Culinary Leader and General Manager to drive success across front-of-house service, special events, and overall guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage costs, budgets, invoices, and labor metrics to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and events teams on menu and programming strategy
  • Drive private event execution
  • Track and analyze sales data to improve product mix and service flow
  • Own systems for performance feedback, discipline, and growth planning
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences with attention to member recognition and personalized touches
  • Partner on creative programming, activations, and community events

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of leadership in a high-volume, high-standard restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
  • You’re a natural coach who thrives on lifting others up and building strong, motivated teams
  • You’re financially savvy — confident with labor planning, COGS, and budget management
  • You’re adaptable, solutions-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • You embody hospitality: warm, authentic, engaged, and always anticipating the guest’s needs
  • You’re proactive with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills
  • You're familiar with platforms like OpenTable, Toast, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • You believe in Gravity Haus values: Keep Growing, Bring Others Along, Create Powerful Moments, Be "All-In" & Go the Distance, Make it Better than You Found it

What We Can Offer You

  • Full-time team members enjoy health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and Gravity Haus Membership (giving you access to our locations, programming, gear, and community)
  • Opportunities for growth across the Gravity Haus brand
  • A collaborative culture with shared values and purpose
  • Location perks like mountain access, gear demos, and wellness programming
