Montessori Lead Guide & Assistant Guide – Help Shape Independent, Curious Learners!

What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Guide, you will:

• Create and maintain a prepared environment that encourages independent learning.
• Introduce Montessori materials and didactic activities that promote exploration and problem-solving.
• Observe and support each child’s individual learning journey through hands-on guidance.
• Encourage grace and courtesy, helping children develop respect for themselves and others.

As an Assistant Guide, you will:

• Support the Lead Guide in creating a calm, structured learning environment.
• Assist children with practical life activities that develop independence and coordination.
• Observe and engage with students, reinforcing their self-discipline and confidence.
• Help maintain the classroom’s prepared environment, ensuring materials are accessible and inviting.

What You Need to Join Us:

For Lead Guides:

• Must meet Montessori Lead Guide qualifications (ask us about Montessori certification sponsorship!).
• Experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Passion for guiding children toward independence and discovery.

For Assistant Guides:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• A love for working with children and a willingness to learn the Montessori method.
• No Montessori experience? No problem! We’ll help you grow into a Montessori Guide.

For Both Roles:

• CPR & First Aid Certification (We’ll assist you in obtaining it!).
• Ability to pass a background check & fingerprinting.
