Vanguard Resources is hiring an experienced HVAC Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our on-site team,  at the Samsung Semiconductor facility in Taylor, TX—one of the most advanced semi-conductor manufacturing campuses in the U.S.

This full-time, salaried role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC and leadership experience who’s ready to grow a team, while getting your hands dirty from time to time, while also working with both our internal VRI Sr. Leaders and Samsung’s leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians on-site (small intimate team to start, then building from there)
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Ensure safety, uptime, quality & compliance
• Work with Samsung leadership and Vanguard’s corporate team (HR, reports,      recruiting, etc.)
• Help grow the team and shape operations in a brand-new facility
  • NEW VRI/Samsung Contract - KICK OFF - JUNE 2025

• 4+ years supervising HVAC/commercial maintenance teams
• Texas Air Conditioning License Class A or TACLA license is highly preferred
• EPA Universal certification is preferred
• OSHA 0 (can be obtained once hired, if needed)
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check/drug test
• Able  to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
