Conduct regular inspections of facility machinery, electrical panels, and control systems to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions. Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the creation of a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to Regulatory Standards: Ensure that all facility operations, especially those related to electrical and mechanical systems, comply with applicable OSHA, MSHA, and other regulatory safety standards.
  • Maintain Documentation: Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities, including time spent on jobs, parts used, and completion status. Update equipment logs and process control records as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with production managers, engineers, and other operations personnel to diagnose and resolve equipment issues and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to less experienced technicians or operators as needed. Share knowledge regarding process control systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.
