Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information about service appointments and dealership offerings
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and update customer records in the dealership management system
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to optimize daily appointment flow
- Address customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues effectively
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and gather feedback on their service experience
- Assist in managing wait times and communicating delays or changes to customers
- Support the overall customer service team to enhance the service experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or appointment scheduling roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with dealership management software or similar CRM systems
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy
- Knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is advantageous
