The Store Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, anticipating, and prioritizing daily maintenance of the sales floor, receiving, break room, and restrooms as well as outdoor public areas. The individual in this role also plans and delegates tasks, ensures a clean and safe environment, engages and directs staff and volunteers, and works with management to fulfill all aspects of day-to-day retail operations. Store Supervisors are expected to perform all tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively, and to use polite and respectful communication with staff, volunteers, and customers.
The clothing supervisor fulfills the duties of a store supervisor with extra focus on the clothing department, which is an integral part of the Gresham ReStore. Clothing focused responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining displays and product flow, and working with the Store Manager to source partnerships for excess material.
This is a full-time (36hrs/wk), non-exempt position starting at $15.50 - $18.83 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus our full benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and alternative), generous paid time off, a matching retirement plan, flexible spending accounts, and more!
