In our Beloit Ohio location, we are looking to expand our team with a dependable and motivated Parts & Warehouse Associate.

Job Description:
\We are currently seeking an experienced Parts & Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, a solid understanding of agricultural equipment parts—especially grain handling systems—and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and organize incoming parts and inventory
   
• Locate and identify correct parts using parts books, catalogs, and software
   
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts
   
• Pick and prepare parts for service techs and customers
   
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading/unloading shipments
   
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
   
• Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone as needed
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)
   
• Ability to read and interpret parts books and equipment manuals
   
• Knowledge of grain handling systems and related equipment is a strong asset
   
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
   
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
   
• Basic computer skills for parts lookup and inventory tracking
