Alpha Warranty Services has opportunities in our Claims and Customer Service departments located in South Jordan, Utah. These part-time positions will train and work from the office, with some work from home flexibility as needed. Your weekends and most holidays belong to you as our business hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 6 pm, with nine observed holidays. You will find that we really stand by our value of Work Life Balance. Part-time shifts are 5 hours per day; 25 - 29 hours per week.
As an essential member of the Claims team, the Claims Adjuster provides best-in-class customer service, while efficiently and accurately working with vehicle repair shops (mostly by phone or email) throughout the vehicle owner’s claim process. You will work to determine coverage for repairs and clearly document the reason(s) for decisions pertaining to the specific claim you are managing. This role may also have the opportunity to work directly with the vehicle owners, in addition to the repair facilities.
