Purpose of Position 

The purpose of this role is to be the liaison between stakeholders and driving alignment in interests, priorities, expectations, and execution. This role must deliver projects within budget and on-time. This role is also responsible for driving adoption and continuity in systems.  


Job Duties/Responsibilities

  

Primary Role:

Project Management & Change Leadership• 

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, align system functionalities with business goals, and drive user adoption.
  • Analyze ROI of projects and make recommendations to leadership on prioritization of resources for projects. 
  • Lead cross-functional projects to deliver projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Create project plans and track in Monday.com or similar; facilitate communication between business users, application vendors, consultants and IT support teams to ensure timely delivery. 
  • Monitor progress on initiatives, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Co-ordinate and run user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet requirements and resolve issues before going live with system implementations. 
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations by monitoring and reporting project results which includes developing clear communication processes to keep parties informed.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, technical specifications, use cases, process flows and test scripts. Build templates for the above project artifacts.  
  • Build awareness to user groups and use proven change management strategies to drive adoption.
  • Create structure and process for project management that is repeatable and streamlined. Ensure adherence to standards and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.

Business Analyst

  • Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance operational performance.
  • Work independently or with business users, application support team, vendors, application developers and consultants to evaluate different solutions, suggest best suited options and implement the agreed upon solution. 
  • Familiarity with current AI landscape, Ability to effectively leverage available AI tools, work with developers and other stakeholders to implement new features or customize AI agents to serve business users.

Secondary Role: 

  

Data Analyst

  •  Analyze real estate performance data from MRI, HubSpot, and other sources to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as occupancy, lease performance, and financial indicators.
  • Create and modify reports based on user needs using MRI, Datex, Argus, HubSpot, Excel, SQL, Power BI and other tools. Collect, interpret, and visualize data using the same tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.

  

IT Operations & Support

  • Troubleshooting and resolving application support issues escalated from application support team for all business apps.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to troubleshoot system issues, manage updates, and ensure robust data security protocols.
  • Oversee system integrations and maintain technical documentation for all CRM and analytics tools.
  • Comfortable with data modeling and extracting data from SQL databases by writing custom SQL queries. Perform data integrity checks and audits and ensure high data quality standards are met.  
  • Ensure that IT best practices are followed during system upgrades and new technology implementations.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. Degree is not required if demonstrated tracked record with related industry experience.  
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (e.g., data analyst, process analyst or Implementation consultant), preferably in real estate or financial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, Project Management or similar certifications a plus
  • Experience working with a real estate ERP (MRI, Yardi or RealPage) and other ancillary systems used in real estate or finance domain.  
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with data extraction / analysis tools like SQL, Tableau or Power BI. 
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio). 
  • Experience with MS Power platform, Airtable, Zapier or other low code platforms is a plus.

Working Conditions:


Environment - The primary working environment is an Indoor Home Office Setting utilizing computer workstation and general office equipment. The position will sit at their workstation for a significant portion of the work.


Physical Requirements - The physical demands of the position are consistent with administrative/clerical work in an office setting and involves extended periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer for typing and data entry, and managing paperwork. It requires fine motor skills for operating a keyboard and mouse, as well as handling and organizing documentation, which may involve lifting, bending, and reaching. Employees also need to maintain good visual attention for prolonged periods of reading or screen time. Salary Description
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00
