What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a friendly and genuine greeting, provide accurate wait times, and escort them to their tables with menus in hand.
• Manage and confirm reservations, accommodate special requests, and assist with large party coordination.
• Monitor the flow of the dining room to ensure smooth seating and table turnover.
• Answer guest inquiries, provide information on menu items and services, and handle concerns or complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure menus and promotional materials are current.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience.
  

• Previous experience in a hostess or customer-facing role is a plus.
