At Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI), we deliver high-performance building commissioning and engineering consulting services nationwide. We’re seeking a Senior Commissioning Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of sustainable, high-performing buildings. 


What You’ll Do

  • Lead commissioning projects from start to finish—scope, budget, client relationships, and everything in between.
     
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
     
  • Oversee functional and pre-functional testing of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
     
  • Mentor junior staff, manage resources, and drive project success.
     
  • Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development.
     

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
     
  • 5+ years in commissioning or MEP project management.
     
  • Strong understanding of building systems and industry standards.
     
  • Leadership, communication, and client-facing confidence.
     
  • CxA, PE, PMP, or similar certifications a plus.
