General Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager at Proficy Digital is responsible for taking the company’s omni-channel solution to the marketplace. This person will be called upon to work closely with sales leadership to most effectively communicate the value proposition directly to prospective clients to make sales, drive growth and help the organization hit its goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned region, using a combination of outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound follow-up.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Cultivate deep relationships with newly closed business to ensure successful delivery and prospect for new business within that client’s network.
- Effectively communicate Proficy Digital’s value proposition, digital solutions, and service offerings to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the company CRM system.
- Manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline with attention to deal quality, movement velocity, and closing potential.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Ad Operations, Consulting) to ensure a seamless hand-off and client onboarding experience.
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to better position the company's offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics as defined by sales leadership.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required (approximately 25%) to engage with clients and attend events or trade shows.
- Perform other sales-related administrative duties as assigned.

- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related tools.
Education and Experience:
- An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in marketing, or a related field is preferred; a secondary degree in business, communications or similar will be strongly considered.
- At least eight years of sales or sales management experience required, with at least five years of that in the automotive industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
