Description

We are seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. The LAC/LSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting clients through evidence-based counseling practices. Clinical supervision will be provided to support professional development and progress toward independent licensure (LPC/LCSW).


LAC/LSW Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual services to clients of diverse backgrounds.
     
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
     
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients.
     
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in compliance with agency and licensing standards.
     
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions as required for licensure.
     
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support client progress.
     
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to client needs.
     
  • Respond to client crises and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
     
  • Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
     
  • Stay current with best practices, ethical standards, and state regulations regarding counseling.
     

LAC/LSW Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
     
  • Active LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) license in Pennsylvania.

  • Active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) license in Pennsylvania.
     
  • Eligibility and willingness to participate in clinical supervision provided by the agency.
     
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
     
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
     
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.
     
  • Commitment to providing culturally competent and client-centered care.
     
  • Previous experience in mental health settings is preferred but not required.

$75,000
