  • Check all areas
  • Check lights in all buildings
  • Blow off walkways
  • Can diagnose, trace and resolve electrical problems.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and implement repairs to pool equipment.
  • Replace water heaters and handle related plumbing projects.
  • Ability to diagnose and implement repairs to refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, glass chillers and related items.
  • Able to diagnose minor HVAC problems and implement repairs; install thermostats and set programming.
  • Can diagnose and implement repairs to commercial ovens electric or gas, fryer units, convection ovens, commercial mixers and other kitchen equipment.Diagnose problems with commercial kitchen appliances and make repairs.
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.Check all roof drains
  • Check drains in gas-meter areas
  • Check gutter drains
  • Check and replace HVAC air filters monthly
  • Keep ledges/exterior of doors clean on all buildings
  • A/C grills and exhaust grills cleaned
  • Any paint projects
  • Empty all exterior trash cans
  • Completes other appropriate tasks assigned by the Clubhouse Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:


  • HVAC knowledge
  • Plumbing knowledge
  • Electrical knowledge
  • Commercial kitchen equipment knowledge
  • General carpentry knowledge
  • Pool maintenance knowledge
  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
  • Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
  • Frequent repetitive motions.
  • Continuous standing and walking
  • Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
  • Ability to properly identify and use tools for certain applications
