Position: Facilities Associate
Reports to: Facility Director
FLSA: Non-exempt
Job Status: Part-time
General Responsibilities
- Perform general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking paper and soap supplies, cleaning offices and common areas, and emptying trash cans.
- Perform tasks centered on set-up and teardown of classrooms, meeting rooms, courtyard and worship center.
- Provide assistance with office moves, moving items and supply retrieval from warehouse.
- Assists to maintain orderliness and appearance of campus and office premises, including classrooms, meeting rooms, storage facilities and exterior grounds.
- Assists in offices and campus security – verifying all outside entrances are secure and locked as directed by the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Maintain open and frequent communication with your supervisor, other staff, and volunteer team leaders and members.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Time Commitment
- Part-time, up to 20 hours per week, includes evenings, weekends and holidays
