Description


EverybodyFights is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives across digital, in-person, and retail channels. This full-time, on-site role in Boston requires 4–5 years of marketing experience, with fitness industry experience strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance big-picture strategy with tactical execution, drive membership growth and retention, and strengthen the brand’s presence across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
  • Channel Oversight: Manage marketing channels including digital (website, social media, email, SMS), in-gym promotions, and Pro Shop retail marketing.
  • Campaign Management: Build and run multi-channel campaigns with consistent brand messaging and measurable outcomes.
  • Retail Growth: Oversee Pro Shop marketing and promotions to drive sales growth and expand brand presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Track campaign performance, use insights to refine strategies, and forecast future marketing needs.
  • Licensing & Partnerships: Support marketing efforts related to licensing deals (especially via LinkedIn) and promote relationships with EverybodyFights Pro Boxers.
  • Tenant Relations: Strengthen relationships within properties and explore collaborative marketing opportunities.



Requirements


  • 4–5 years of marketing experience, ideally with multi-channel campaign management.
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or active lifestyle industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Must be Boston-based and available to work on-site.

Salary Description
$60,000-$80,000
