Description
Monroe Group, Ltd. is hiring a Relocation Coordinator to support the remodel of Weatherstone Apartments in Aurora, Colorado. This is a temporary position ending October 2026. We are looking for a detailed orientated person who enjoys helping people. We are offering a $500 signing bonus and $1,500. Retention bonus paid at six months.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Relocation Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an open flow of communication between developers, management, and tenants during the REHAB / RELO project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Liaison between tenants and apartment management during temporary relocation of residents for construction rehab/upgrade of the units and buildings in their apartment community.
- Main functions will include updating residents on the project as it advances from start-up to completion.
- Assist residents in preparing to move into temporary housing.
- Ensure residents are packed and ready for movers bythe deadline
- Coordinate with management, movers, cleaners, etc. as needed to ensure temporary "Hotel Units" are stocked and ready for next group of move-ins
- Inform management of and help them address any resident questions and/or concerns
- Help management deliver information and notices to residents
- Assist manager in coordinating move schedule and any additional duties needed by management/developers for rehab/relocation.
- This person will be responsible for maintaining an open flow of communication between developers, management and tenants
- Must be a self-starter and have the ability to focus and multi-task in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress working environment
- Must have the ability to be understanding and diplomatic yet still ensure tenants are meeting their responsibilities and deadline and help keep a positive environment and relationship between the tenants, management, vendors and the developers and construction team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The employee will be exposed to indoor and outdoor work environments with frequent exposure to odors, waste, insects, pests and occasional exposure to confined spaces. The noise level changes on a consistent basis.
- Prolonged standing. Occasional walking is required for short distances.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include having accurate color vision
- Frequent stretching out of arms, and use of upper body.
- Noise level is moderate.
