Available Positions:
-Class 1 Maintenance Associate:
-1st Shift
-Pay Rate: $19.36 + Eligible for Performance Incentive Program
- Perform simple repairs on electrical, air, and water systems: Examples: change receptacles and attachment caps, repair and replace airline fittings and hoses, repair water leaks in faucets, repair lights (bulbs and ballasts).
- Perform simple building repairs, such as replacing and glazing windows, general repairs and preventive maintenance on fork trucks and automobiles, repair and service tools of the trade.
- Perform duties involved in regular servicing schedules including cleaning and lubrication
- Perform simple mechanical operations under direct supervision of higher maintenance levels or supervision
- Participates in training programs
- Perform duties as truck driver or duty runner, and fork truck operator.
- Miscellaneous duties include tasks such as: painting, lawn care and landscaping, clean blowers and dust collection systems.
-Class 4 Maintenance Associate:
- 2nd Shift
- Pay Rate: $23.74 + $1.00 (Shift Differential) = $24.74 + Eligible for Performance Incentive Program
- Responsible for diagnosing breakdowns of equipment and facilities.
- Determining procedures to be used to carry out the repair using drawings, maintenance manuals, manufacturer’s manuals and instructions.
- Use the principles of rigging and equipment installation.
- Responsible for any maintenance personnel assigned to the job.
- Must determine when help is needed from maintenance supervision and perform any lower-level job.
-Class 5 Maintenance Associate:
-2nd Shift or 3rd Shift
-Pay Rate: $24.98 + $1.00 (Shift Differential) = $25.98 + Eligible for Performance Incentive Program
- Responsible for diagnosing breakdowns of equipment and facilities.
- Determining procedures to be used to carry out the repair using drawings, maintenance manuals, manufacturer’s manuals, and instructions.
- Use the principles of rigging and equipment installation.
- Responsible for any maintenance personnel assigned to the job.
- Must be willing to support ongoing maintenance activities on any shift, including weekends as needed with reasonable notice.
Class 5 Maintenance Associate:
-TPM (Friday-Monday)
-Pay Rate: $24.98 + Eligible for Performance Incentive Program
- Ensure proper execution of PM and TPM tasks performed.
- Perform vibration analysis setup and testing.
- Be able to train all associates holding lower-level maintenance jobs.
- Record data and complete any required reports.
- Use Thermal Imaging and Timkin Vibration analysis during PM’s and when needed to determine possible problems.
- Must participate on TPM teams in any department required.
- Work schedules will vary to accommodate repairs that are the least disruptive to production times. This could mean working weekends and off shifts as part of a regular work schedule.
- Must be able to determine when help is needed from maintenance supervision and perform any lower level job.
Maintenance Tech
1. Maintain all CNC and PLC based equipment in proper working order.
2. Develop and record preventive maintenance programs for all CNC/PLC equipment.
3. Assist in new equipment installations and start-ups.
4. Work as a team member to assist the Maintenance and Engineering Departments.
5. Assist with trouble shooting and repair of all equipment.
6. Identify and train maintenance personnel in the proper care and maintenance of equipment.
7. Duties require some off shift work and also requires a cell phone to be worn at home so repairs can be made expeditiously.
