We’re seeking a dependable and well-organized Receptionist / HR & Training Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position combines front-of-house professionalism with behind-the-scenes HR and training support. It’s an ideal fit for someone who enjoys structured tasks, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to contribute to a positive employee experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Office Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff and visitors—warm, professional, and      helpful
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and general inquiries
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office and assist with day-to-day facility needs

HR Administration

  • Support onboarding and offboarding with checklists, paperwork, and scheduling
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, and compliance documentation
  • Assist with policy updates, reporting, and general HR coordination tasks

Training Administration

  • Schedule and track employee training sessions and development activities
  • Maintain training logs, and feedback forums
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, orientations
  • Support the People & Culture team with continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

 Who You Are

  • A clear communicator who thrives in a structured, people-focused environment
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident managing sensitive information
  • Comfortable balancing front-desk duties with focused administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or LMS systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role (HR, reception, training admin) preferred
