As a Sales Representative specializing in pest control and Sentricon, you will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and promoting our industry-leading pest control solutions. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored pest control solutions, with a focus on promoting the benefits of the Sentricon system.  Door to Door, Lead follow-up, and Event Promotions.

2. Product Expertise: If you are willing to learn - we are willing to teach the right person!

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of pest control products, especially the Sentricon termite baiting system.

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to potential customers.

3. Customer Relationship Building:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.

- Provide ongoing support and information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

4. Networking:

- Attend industry events, community gatherings, and engage in networking activities to promote our services and build a strong presence in the local market.

5. Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales.  Previous experience in Auto, Insurance, Real Estate, Solar, AC, or other home services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

- Familiarity with pest control products and services, especially Sentricon, is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
