FlavorCloud is looking for a Director of Partnerships who can lead and grow the FlavorCloud partnerships team. This leader will be responsible for growing new and established partnerships worldwide primarily with 3PLs and TMS/WMSs. This leader will work on developing C/EVP/VP level strategic relationships, identifying high-impact opportunities, building the right teams in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities:

· Sign best-in-class high volume shippers – 3PLs and the tech WMS/WTM that enables them

· Own all partner contract negotiations while collaborating with the senior leadership team 

· Build long term, strategic partnerships anchored in strong relationships across the Partner organization

· Drive adoption and continuous innovation to our existing partner program 

· Work closely with the Partner Account Management team to ensure Partner growth KPIs are achieved

· Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure Partnerships grow 

· Collaborate with the product team to identify areas to extend our technology through partnerships

· 5+ years in leading product Partnerships teams within the technology industry

· 3+ years in partnering within the shipping, eCommerce and logistics ecosystem

· Proven experience growing a team

· Experience managing pipeline/business in Salesforce
