Description
New Car Dealership has an immediate opening for a service cashier role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Identify and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor
- Greet visitors and understand purpose of visit to help direct them as needed
- Scheduling appointments
- Cashiering
- Plus more
Experience:
- Knowledge of Automotive Dealership a PLUS
- Front Desk and Telephone Skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
Requirements
- Team player, willingness and ability to work within a full spectrum of duties.
- Good organization and communication skills; ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of Company personnel and customers.
