NATURE AND SCOPE

The instructional developer provides instructional technology and design support; support the design, creation, or revision of online e-learning material and graphics, develop explainer videos using Vyond and other video applications, and maintain courseware in a proprietary learning management system.

Role and Responsibilities

The instructional developer is expected to:

Develop videos from a given storyboard, script, and graphical assets
Maintain content in the learning management system
Create graphics for print-based and online content

Requirements

Demonstrable excellence in video development
Ability to work virtually
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in learning and content management systems
Participate as a member of a cross-functional, agile development team in a technical leadership capacity
Works independently within the development team and cross-functional teams to achieve results
Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies based on client needs
Stay engaged with current technology trends and contribute to developing innovative approaches to meet tactical and strategic goals

Salary Description

$45 - $55 Per/Hour
