As a Part-Time Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community.
We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about leasing and marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the apartment rental industry.
As part of this role, we will provide mentorship and hands-on training to help you grow into a successful leasing agent. There is potential for this position to lead to a full-time role with RMK Management at this or another RMK property in the future.
Please note: if you are a licensed Broker, you may not engage in both home sales and leasing with our company simultaneously, as it would be considered a conflict of interest.

A few of your main duties:
Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.
Must have Leasing or Broker's License
Property Management experience
High School education
Working weekends is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leasing or other sales positions. One year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience
