We are currently seeking a full-time Practice Administrator to join our growing team!
About the Role:
This leadership role is central to ensuring our office runs smoothly, our patients are cared for, and our team thrives in a positive, kind, and empowering environment. The Practice Administrator supports both clinical and business operations, working closely with team members and management to uphold our high standards of care and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Model our core values of being positive, being kind, and empowering others
- Model leadership and exemplary customer service
- Work and communicate with dentists, the clinical team, treatment coordinators, and the administrative team
- Communicate with the managing partner regularly and consistently so they are kept abreast with what is taking place at the practice
- Help create office production goals; review schedules for productivity on a daily and weekly basis
- Monitor standard KPI’s weekly, daily, and monthly to identify areas of opportunity and celebrate success
- Provide staffing levels recommendations and work with HR to hire, train, and manage team members
- Document employee performance and inter-office conflict
- Conduct annual performance reviews for all direct reports along with the managing partner
- Provide coverage for Treatment Coordinators and perform Treatment Coordinator duties as needed
- Monitor back-office flow
- Process and follow-up with patient referrals, reviews, and complaints
- Schedule office training as needed (i.e. lunch and learns)
- Maintain a neat and professional office
- Coordinate contracts and work orders as necessary – cleaning services, building maintenance, etc.
- Set proactive goals with the Manager of Practice Administration
- Adhere to and enforce HIPAA and OSHA policy standards

- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and management experience,
or a combination of education and commensurate experience. - Background in the Medical or Dental field.
- Management, mentorship, or leadership experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
