Performs a variety of skin care treatments in a luxury resort environment with the highest professional standards while excelling in customer service and satisfaction 

Essential Job Functions 

1. Maintain Master Esthetician certification      from the State Board of Cosmetology.
2. Experience in dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage, chemical peels, LED light therapy, body treatments, waxing services and HydraFacial systems.
3. Possess skin care product knowledge
4. Ability to recommend services and products for purchase. 
5. Assist with laundry cleaning, removal and storage.
6. Keep treatment rooms clean by sweeping the floor, changing linen and wiping down cabinetry and sink.
7. Contribute to overall resort team goals by completing additional duties as assigned.
8. Provide excellent guest experience as outlined in Forbes standards. 

Requirements 

1. Educated and certified in Master Esthetics. Must possess a valid Master Esthetician license from the State of Virginia Board of Cosmetology
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work 5 days per week including holidays and weekends.
4. Attend staff meetings and internal training sessions as required.
5. Understand guest’s needs and solve them proactively.
6. Proven ability to:
