Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments

- Supervise and support staff, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, marina and maintenance teams

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness

- Coordinate with management to implement policies, procedures, and service standards

- Monitor and manage resort facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality

- Assist in training and developing staff to enhance their performance and guest service skills

- Maintain accurate records of operations, guest feedback, and incident reports

- Other job duties as assigned


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hospitality management or resort supervision

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact

- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and maintenance standards in a hospitality setting

- Organizational skills with attention to detail

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
