Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Restaurant Servers/Bartender to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings

- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

- Make bar drinks and cocktails to guest

- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and courteous manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have Food Handlers and TABC certificate.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures.

Salary Description
$7.25 per Hour plus tips
