Type: Part-Time (Potential Full-Time After 30-Day Trial)


About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, fast-learning, and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support the owner of a growing multi-business operation. This position is perfect for a recent college graduate or someone with a strong administrative background who is eager to grow and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily calendar, appointments, and task reminders for the owner

• Monitor and respond to emails and other communications professionally

• Register for events and assist with planning logistics

• Create and manage spreadsheets, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

• Track projects and ensure follow-ups are completed

• Provide administrative support across operations, marketing, and finance

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

• Manage or oversee small internal tasks and team support

• Be flexible and available occasionally outside of core work hours


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (recent grads welcome)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

• Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Able to take direction and run with tasks independently

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience in operations, marketing, or finance is a plus

• Must have open availability beyond the standard 9am–1pm shift when needed
