About the Role:

Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard is seeking a reliable and guest-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Parking Attendant plays a key role in setting the tone for a warm, welcoming experience. This part-time position primarily covers Fridays through Sundays, with occasional weekday shifts for special events requiring additional parking support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude upon arrival
• Direct vehicles efficiently to maximize available parking
• Ensure safe and orderly flow of traffic in and out of the property
• Assist guests as needed, including answering basic questions and providing directions
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area
• Communicate with the Event and Tasting Room teams to support smooth guest arrivals during busy periods

Qualifications:

• A friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
Part-time. Regular hours are Friday through Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts based on event needs.
