Your Future Role: This position is responsible of operating performance of exterior landscape maintenance (residential & commercial) and snow removal within the Landscape Service’s team. Leads/oversees 3-5 crews performing a wide variety of landscape maintenance projects. Position is accountable for implementing Moana policies, teammate training, proper maintenance practices, quality control and organizational improvements that support continued quality and efficient service. Position oversees the day to day practices, work performed and training of maintenance teammates. Follows through on business processes and ensures team(s) is in compliance. Ultimately this position ensures all contracts are completed safely, efficiently and profitably.
Your Specific Job Responsibilities:

- Completes all project tasks both timely and accurately
- Analyzes team performance of every project in comparison to position/project expectations
- Develops new expertise(s) while handling/overcoming failures or mistakes
- Leads and trains team to develop new capabilities and improve opportunities for advancement
- Participates in constructive feedback & conflict resolution with a focus on caring about the success of the customer and teammates.
- Maintains passion and enthusiasm for the environment, our community, and our team
- Follows the Moana Nursery Business Processes fully and accurately.
- Helps grow Moana Nursery’s Recurring Services business
Physical Requirements & Activity:
- Applicant must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Expertise & Experience Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, with clean driving record
- Landscape Maintenance Supervisorial Experience
- Irrigation and Landscape Maintenance expertise
- Knowledge of general horticultural best practices
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Have Skills or Experiences:
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
- Nursery Worker Certification
- Q.W.E.L., Irrigation Association, or Landscape Industry Certified
Your Future Work Schedule: Our Landscape Maintenance teams typically works Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm, our managers adapt their schedules based on the needs of the position.
