The Fireplace Technician is responsible for assisting with service calls and installations, while providing excellent customer service. This role requires commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all duties performed. 

Role Purpose

The purpose of the Fireplace Technician is to provide safe, efficient, and code-compliant fireplace installation, maintenance, and repair.  The Fireplace Technician plays a critical role in protecting people, property, and ensuring reliable system performance.  

Key Responsibilities

Install fireplace systems in accordance with manufacturer instructions and local codes. 

Diagnose and repair systems to resolve operating issues. 

Assist with performing routine maintenance to fireplace systems. 

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of associated products, components, and industry standards. 

Complete necessary paperwork such as service reports or inspection checklists. 

Provide excellent customer service. 

Other duties and special projects as assigned. 

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Attention to detail and safety awareness

Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency
