Sanctuary Wealth is seeking an Operations Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN or San Antonio, TX. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as deliver on firmwide initiatives for development of processes in direct support of the accelerated growth of Sanctuary. The Operations Specialist will have a close working relationship with the Supervision and Compliance Departments to ensure efficient execution on all deliverables for Sanctuary Wealth. This is an in-office position with flexibility to work from home in accordance with company policy.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to join an innovative and growing team in the financial services industry. This person will assist Sanctuary partner firms with custodial platform support, reporting and administrative functions, managing accounts, and trade error and correction resolutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Assist in the timely execution and processing of account related functions, support of platform, and managed account review.
- Provide “five star” support, including but not limited to general questions, administrative and account support, trade error resolution and trade correction processing, and margin review.
- Interact effectively as liaison between Financial Professionals, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure all department work is processed with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Implement and train others on processes and procedures when needed
- Retain knowledge of several systems and processing guidelines
- Cross train as required to support back-office operations initiatives
- Other duties as needed
INCOME RANGE - 60k-75k Salary (+ Annual Bonus %)

- Experience in the independent financial services space
- Experience with trade settlement and correction
- Experience with Pershing NetX360, Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center a plus

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant industry experience required.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
- FINRA Licensed 7, 66 or 63 (or willingness to attain) preferred
