About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for efficiency and innovation. As our Project Manager, you’ll lead exciting initiatives that shape the future of our operations. You’ll be the glue across departments, bringing ideas to life and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with our mission.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of CSD’s operational projects (including technological and workflow in nature) ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, recruiting, operations, and client service teams, to define project deliverables and milestones.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.

About You
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing projects in the healthcare industry with a focus on technology-driven projects.
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements may include but is not limited to:
- Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work.
- Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair.
- Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening.
- Constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, filing.
- Frequent typing, use of computer.
- Occasional walking around building.
- Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, moving of items up to 20 pounds.
- Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car.
