Requirements

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative individual to join our Finance Department as a Business Performance Lead. This role will focus on three core pillars: systems optimization, process improvements, and data analysis and insights. The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing new systems, re-engineering processes to eliminate inefficiencies, and delivering actionable insights and tools that drive operational excellence and enhance the employee / end-user experience.


Responsibilities & Duties


Systems Implementation:

  • Research and evaluate tools in the market to identify the best solutions for operational needs.
  • Manage the implementation of new systems, ensuring alignment with Finance team objectives and best practices.
  • Learn and master new systems to become the primary trainer for process owners and stakeholders.
  • Provide post-implementation support and maintenance to optimize system performance and functionality usage.

Process Improvements:

  • Identify and evaluate current finance processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the re-engineering of workflows and gap analysis to eliminate bottlenecks, errors and streamline operations.
  • Design and implement innovative procedures that prioritize automation, enhance accuracy, and drive operational excellence while fostering a more efficient and effective work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and refine workflows, ensuring alignment and seamless integration across departments.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business performance.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure that data insights inform strategic priorities.

Performance Measurement:

  • Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, goals, and benchmarks.
  • Identify risks to company performance and collaborate with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Proven experience in systems and ERPs implementations and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, VBA.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Physical & Other Requirements

  • Requires prolonged computer use.
  • Must be able to work EST regular business hours.
  • Travel requirements: occasional, 2-4 times annually.
