We currently have an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Phoenix office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our Residential Team and others as needed
- Prepare proposals, reports, and letters
- Prepare and track project submittals
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Assist with the preparation of project billings
- Research municipal and county websites
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain electronic project files
- Interface with Deltek/VantagePoint software
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Experience and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in administrative work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to quickly learn new software
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with discretion to handle confidential information appropriately
- Positive, client-oriented
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Capable of managing and balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be able to work in the Phoenix office, this is not a teleworking position
- Desire for continuous professional growth and development
