Elite Service Advisor Wanted
Location: Jim Shorkey North Hills Chevy
Compensation: $90K+ annually (Hourly/Salary based on experience & performance)
Are you a top-tier Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Jim Shorkey North Hills CDJR is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing, customer-focused professional to join our award-winning team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers with professionalism and care, identifying their service needs
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers about repairs and recommendations
- Ensure timely and accurate service through coordination with the shop team
- Build lasting relationships that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Stay current with factory certifications and dealership standards
Schedule & Experience Requirements:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, with alternating Saturdays
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a service advisor role
- Preferred Background: GM experience, CSI master, and proven top-tier performance
