What You'll Be Doing (Besides being a superhero for pets!):
- Performing expert phone triage for incoming emergencies, providing crucial advice and determining the urgency of care.
- Calmly and compassionately communicating with distressed pet owners, offering reassurance and clear instructions.
- Maintaining impeccable and thorough documentation of all client communications and patient interactions.
- Monitoring our patient management system to proactively assess and ensure the appropriateness of care for patients awaiting transport or in-hospital evaluation.
- Potentially assisting with vital tasks such as reviewing discharge instructions with owners, creating and explaining invoices, processing payments, and providing timely patient updates.
- Embracing other duties as they arise, utilizing your extensive ECC background to support the seamless operation of our emergency service.
