Purpose of Role
The SAP & Business Solutions Professional is responsible for improvements of the SAP system for our Richmond, VA facility and adjustments to its operational process to the best use of Condair’s daily business. For support and training of employees on SAP issues and management of future SAP projects impacting our Richmond production facility.

- Understand how applications support existing business processes
- Understand internal customer needs and quantify appropriate actions
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction in all aspects of support
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate business goals and requirements into appropriate technical solutions
- Work with business representatives to develop solutions that meet the business requirements while maintaining SAP Best Practices
- Act as local project manager for SAP projects impacting Condair Operations LLC
- Support and train employees on both the SAP-System and processes involved with SAP
- Maintain documentation in relation to the SAP-System, such as Micro Processes, work instructions and checklists
- Make suggestions in general for improvements on Condair’s processes
- Travel approximately 5% of the time both internationally and within North America
- Provide analytical support for special projects
- Ensure data quality and usefulness of standard and ad-hoc reports
- May be assigned to other tasks which meet with the functions and qualifications required for this position
- Adhere to Condair’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies
- Other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
- University/ College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience using and supporting SAP.
- Working cross functional knowledge of SD/MM/FICO/PP/QM/WM.
