Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as a Senior-Level Capability Assessments, Experimentation & Future Requirements C6F Liaison Navy Officer (LNO) for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains. Occasional travel may be required.

Support Locations:
This role provides support across various SMWDC sites, including:
- SMWDC Headquarters, San Diego, CA
- Mine Warfare (MIW) Division, San Diego, CA
- Sea Combat (SC) Division, San Diego, CA
- Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Division, Dahlgren, VA
- Amphibious Warfare (AMW) Division, Little Creek, VA
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of recent experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in technical writing, developing doctrine or tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), CONOPS, CONEMPS, or similar documents
- Knowledge of and/or experience with the U.S. Fleet Forces Warfighting Improvement Process (WIP)
- Knowledge and/or experience with the surface navy’s combat systems, C5I, networks, weapons and sensors
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to or experience with the NAVY’s FLEX program
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve tactical training and operational strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interfacing with Navy leadership and cross-functional teams
Security Clearance:
- Possess current SECRET Security Clearance
