What You’ll Do: 

This position is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate and organized financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standard accounting principles. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage weekly ACH and check payment runs for assigned vendors.
  • Research and resolve Drop Ship orders on a daily basis and maintain status notes on all noncurrent and unresolved Drop Ship orders
  • Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries via email and phone.
  • Monitor and organize emails in the shared Accounts Payable Outlook inbox.
  • Prepare accurate account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Generate and distribute Accounts Payable Aging Reports for the Controller and accounting team.
  • Support internal teams by responding to accounting-related inquiries via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
  • Assist with special accounting and administrative projects as needed.
Requirements


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional accounting or finance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with      discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadline.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
