The Online Merchandising Coordinator will assist in developing and executing online user experience and conversion. Essential tasks will include site merchandising of products and pages, site audits for user experience and SEO value, and coordinating product information with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams.
As an eCommerce and Marketing team member, the Online Merchandising Coordinator will participate in the strategy and contribute to creating and distributing product content and reporting. They will be critical in Curtis' online merchandising strategy, offering support and data.
Remote or Hybrid depending on location; US Position – travel less than 10%
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Manage online user experience for both B2C and B2B target customers
- Own site search
- Deploy and manage new products online via connection to ERP, photos, content, and cross-sell
- Optimize pages for increased conversion rate - reviewing pricing and product content, including descriptions, videos, and supporting documentation
- Regular reporting on site metrics
- Other duties assigned by management to address and provide effective support of company mission, values and goals

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Online Search, User Experience
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant eCommerce experience

Experience Preferred:
- Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Central
- Experience with Shopify and/or BigCommerce platforms
