Clinical associates are the backbone of HealthFinders Collaborative and work to support patient care across HFC services and programs. Clinical Associates are also our first point of contact when an HFC client visits one of our offices. This position works to assist with the everyday tasks including but not limited to scheduling, answering and triaging phone calls, interpreting (where applicable), office work, and works closely with volunteers, nurses, clinicians, etc.
- Support supervision of difficult to supervise areas for group and individual appointments
- Support records requests and other forms of treatment coordination as directed by the treatment team
- Attend required staff trainings
- Participate in marketing and networking initiatives as directed
- Complete documentation in compliance with MN Statute 245G and per program policy and procedure
- Complete and pass a DHS NetStudy background check
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong belief in the organization’s mission and commitment to community building
- Bilingual Somali/English or Spanish/English is highly preferred
- Experience bringing the voices of disenfranchised people forward
- Able to work independently, some evenings, and weekends
