Position: Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or ENP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating common urgent care complaints
- Performing suturing and splinting
- Initial interpretation with digital X-rays
- Conducting incisions and drainage procedures

Schedule Overview:
- Flexible shifts within operational hours: 8 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday, and 8 am - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday

- Current, active licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state where the position is located, or in the process of obtaining.
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Nursing program.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to starting).
- DOT certification (or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment).
- Provision of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ability to perform the role with patients and members on-site, as it is essential to the position.
- Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in primary care or urgent care settings.
