Position Summary:


The Director of Greenwood Village is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations at our Greenwood Village location. This individual will lead with a balance of strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution, fostering a high-performing team culture that aligns with Molly’s Spirits’ values and business goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels in team management, scheduling, development, and vendor relations, and who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. 


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA):

  • Provide clear direction and communication to all store staff, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
  • Coach and develop assistant managers and department leads to lead high-performing teams.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

2. Administrative Leadership:

  • Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation, including payroll, inventory records, and HR-related tasks.
  • Partner with HR and finance departments on staffing, budgeting, and compliance needs.

3. Strategic Scheduling:

  • Create and maintain dynamic, efficient scheduling that meets labor budget goals while ensuring adequate coverage across departments.
  • Leverage scheduling tools and data insights to forecast peak times and optimize staffing accordingly.

4. Staff Development:

  • Champion internal growth by identifying high-potential employees and creating tailored development plans.
  • Lead training initiatives, mentorship programs, and performance reviews.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture.

5. Operational Leadership:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
  • Partner with other directors to align operational strategies across locations.
  • Monitor KPIs and take proactive steps to meet or exceed performance targets.

6. Emergency Response:

  • Serve as the on-site leader during emergency situations, ensuring employee and customer safety.
  • Maintain and communicate emergency protocols and conduct regular preparedness training.

7. Vendor Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Address issues with quality, delivery, or compliance swiftly and professionally.


Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field (liquor industry experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and drive results
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficient in scheduling software and inventory systems
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Commitment to upholding the brand, values, and customer service standards of Molly’s Spirits
Salary Description
$60-$80K
